>What is your return policy?

Quality is something we guarantee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund on products within 30 days from purchase. Returned products must have no signs of wear, and original product packaging must be intact. This excludes sale items and non-refundable items. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

If you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, please email us at customerservice@mondayfree.co.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of return items.

>How do i start the return process?

Please email us at customerservice@mondayfree.co with the piece(s) you want to return, and someone from our customer service team will be happy to provide you with return instructions.

>When will i receive my refund?

As soon as we receive the returned product in good condition, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. All refunds will be applied to the original payment.

If you have not received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take 5-10 business days before your refund is processed. If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@mondayfree.co.
