1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our collection of unique and elegant silver and gold jewelry and select the items you wish to purchase. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.2. We offer several shipping options to ensure your jewelry arrives in a timely manner. We offer global shipping to our customers. Our shipping options include standard shipping and express shipping. 3. How long does shipping take?
The shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location. Standard international shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping can take 3-5 business days. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, the items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage. Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included). Please note that individual items of a set cannot be returned for refund, store credit, and/or size exchange and must be returned as a complete set.
5. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@mondayfree.co. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send the items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval and process your refund accordingly.
6. How do I take care of my jewelry?
Sterling Silver Jewelry
- Our sterling silver 925 jewelry are water-resistant and should not tarnish over time. They are highly durable and designed for everyday wear.
- We recommend you clean your silver jewelry regularly with a mild soap and water solution, allowing the water to bead up, and then patting dry with a soft cloth. For more stubborn dirt, use a cleaner designed for silver use.
- Store your silver in a cool, dry place, preferably in a tarnish-preventive bag or wrapped in a soft piece of felt or cloth.
Gold Plated Jewelry
- Our gold plated jewelry is made from sterling silver 925, the gold plated being between one and two microns with 14k or 18k gold.
- To ensure the gold plated does not damage, do not expose the jewelry to water, perfumes, alcohol or any other substances. If exposed to any of the above the gold plated will tarnish and turn silver.
- *Please note that all plating will naturally fade with wear after a period of time.
- Store your Jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in a tarnish-preventive bag or wrapped in a soft piece of felt or cloth.
Solid Gold Jewelry
- Our solid gold pieces are made from 9k, 10k, 14k and 18k solid gold. When properly cared for, can last forever. With its beautiful, subtle hue, you can wear your jewelry every day, everywhere.
- To keep your solid gold jewelry looking its best, be mindful of how you wear it: any physically challenging activity could impact your jewelry.
- When not being worn, store your jewelry in a safe, dry place to protect it from the elements of daily exposure.
- While solid gold is made to last a lifetime, it does require gentle care and occasional polishing. To maintain the shine of your jewelry, gently clean it with a soft-bristled brush or cloth using warm water and detergent-free soap.
Titanium Jewelry
- Our Titanium collection is made from titanium steel. Steel jewelry is very durable and can withstand a lot of wear and tear.
- To ensure the gold plated does not tarnish, avoid contact with chemicals (lotions, chlorine from pool etc).
- We recommend you clean your steel jewelry with a mild soap and water solution, allowing the water to bead up, and then patting dry with a soft cloth.
